codeines offers pay-per-use digital services. You browse available services, submit an order form, pay once, and receive your result by email and/or on your order status page. No subscription is required, and account registration is not required to place an order.

Prices are shown on each service page and confirmed at checkout. By completing payment, you authorize the charge for that order. Discount codes, if offered, apply only as stated at checkout.

Fees are final once payment is confirmed, except where a refund is required by applicable law or allowed under our Refund Policy.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Your payment is subject to the provider's terms, security practices, and availability. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

After payment is confirmed, your order is queued for processing. Delivery times vary by service and are estimates only.

Results are delivered to the email address you provide and may also be available on your order page. You are responsible for providing a valid, accessible email address and checking your inbox, including spam folders.

Some services require you to upload files or submit information. You must own or have the right to use all materials you provide, and you agree they are accurate and lawful.

Retention periods for order data and results are stated per service. Download or save your results before they expire. We may delete expired data as described on the service or order page.

You may not use codeines to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, commit fraud, harass others, or operate illegal services. We may refuse, cancel, or suspend orders that violate these rules or create legal, security, or operational risk.

The codeines platform, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Encores Software or its licensors. You retain ownership of materials you submit.

Upon successful payment and delivery, you receive the agreed result for your personal or business use as intended by the service.

Our platform relies on third-party services including payment gateways, cloud hosting, and email delivery. These services have their own terms and limitations. We are not responsible for outages, price changes, or policy changes by third-party providers.

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or error-free results. Processing timelines and service descriptions are estimates based on the information available at the time of order.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Encores Software is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, or data.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Because codeines sells digital, custom-fulfilled services, refunds are limited. Details on eligibility, how to request a refund, and timelines are set out in our Refund Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge the Refund Policy and that digital results may not be returnable once processing has started or delivery is complete, except as required by Indonesian law or the Refund Policy.

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using codeines, you consent to the collection and use of information necessary to process, deliver, and support your order.

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will be posted on this page. Continued use of codeines after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Consumer disputes may be resolved amicably first. If unresolved, they may proceed under applicable Indonesian dispute resolution forums.
